Terms and Conditions
- Before redeeming a gift on the abcc gift redemption centre, user must read and accept the details of Gift Redemption, including but not limited to the points required for gift redemption and the validity period of the gift. After the redemption, the system will immediately deduct the points corresponding to the gift from the user’s account. The confirmed redemption cannot be changed or cancelled, and no points will be reissued.
- All gifts are in limited quantity, first come first served, while stocks last.
- Alphabit Fintech Limited reserves the right to modify the required points for the gift redemption, the redemption quantity, the redemption date and the validity period of the gift at any time without prior notice.
- Gifts at the abcc Gift Redemption Centre can only be redeemed using points from designated credit cards.
- If an order is interrupted or cannot be completed due to delays or errors, please log in again.
- The purchaser must be a PFH credit cardholder.
- Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be returned, refunded, or changed.
- If any transaction is unsuccessful or cannot be posted, the transaction will be canceled.
- Alphabit Fintech Limited is not responsible for any issues or technical failures of telephone networks or lines, online computer systems, servers, or related service providers, computer equipment, software, or any technical problems or network congestion on the internet or any website, nor for any damage or injury to customers or any other person’s computer resulting from using this website.
- Alphabit Fintech Limited is not responsible for any loss, damage, error, omission, disruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, line failure, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, any purchase records, whether due to server failure, virus, program malfunction, or any other reason.
- You agree to be personally responsible for all communications and activities conducted using your account, username, and/or password. If you access and use this website on behalf of others, you represent that you have the authority to bind such persons as principals to all terms of use contained herein, and to the extent you do not have such authority, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms of use and to be responsible for any improper use of this website or its content resulting from such access or use.
- All information is subject to the computer records of Alphabit Fintech Limited and its marketing partners.
- In case of any dispute, Alphabit Fintech Limited reserves the right to make the final decision, including suspending, changing, or terminating the activity and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

- Online orders are for personal use only and not for any commercial purposes. In case of any dispute, Alphabit Fintech Limited reserves the right to make the final decision.
- Alphabit Fintech Limited does not guarantee the quality, service, and maintenance of the gifts provided by suppliers (if applicable) and is not responsible for any consequences arising from the use of such products.
- The photos and descriptions of the gifts are for reference only, and everything in kind shall prevail. Alphabit Fintech Limited or supplier do not warrant the accuracy of the descriptions of all goods on the website. You warrant that you have not relied on any such descriptions (including but not limited to the wordings, pictures, photos, specifications, videos, or audios) made by or on behalf of Alphabit Fintech Limited or Supplier and you agree that Alphabit Fintech Limited or supplier shall have no liability over such descriptions. All gifts cannot be returned, transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash. Users are required to check the gift when they collect the same. Under no circumstances will the gift be returned, replaced or reissued points.
- If customers have any dispute about gift redemption, Alphabit Fintech Limited reserves the right of final decision.
- If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
- Products on this website are eligible for free shipping within Hong Kong SAR. We reserve the right to adjust the free shipping order amount at any time. The following delivery services are available: Standard Delivery Service (Hong Kong SAR).
- Delivery Coverage
- Limited to Hong Kong SAR.
- Standard delivery service areas include Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, and Outlying Islands. Specific areas without delivery service include but are not limited to: Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Shek O, Stanley, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island and Peng Chau, Lantau Island South (including but not limited to Tai O, Tong Fuk, Cheung Sha, Mui Wo and Pui O etc.) etc.
- Please do not use a P.O. Box as the delivery address.
- Each order is limited to one delivery address. To deliver to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
- Delivery Time
- Upon successful payment confirmation, orders generally require approximately 10 business days for processing and dispatch, subject to stock availability.
- Normally, standard delivery service will deliver the goods within 7 business days after dispatch. Orders to remote areas in Hong Kong may require an additional 3 to 4 business days for delivery.
- Tracking Shipments/Changing Address
- After dispatch, you can view the tracking number in “My Account > My Orders.”
- If delivery fails repeatedly, your order may be canceled, and no refund will be provided.
- Order Processing
- Once the order is completed, a confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours. If you do not receive the confirmation within 24 hours, please call the customer service hotline: +852 3907 7697 or email eshop.cs@alphabit.global for inquiries.
- Orders are processed and shipped only on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed during holidays and weekends will be processed on the next business day.
- Standard delivery service orders will be processed within 7 business days.
- Order Status
- After logging in, you can view the latest status of your order on your personal account page.
- To check the shipping status of your order, you can directly click on order status.
*Order status can be checked approximately 2 business days after placing the order.
- Order Cancellation
- As order is already being processed, we regret that we cannot change or cancel your order.
- Orders or parts of orders may be canceled due to:
- inability to process payment
- inability to deliver to the provided address
- duplicate orders
- exceeding spending limit
- If an order is canceled, you will receive a notification email. No charges will be applied. For any questions, please email eshop.cs@alphabit.global for details.
- Lost Packages
- If the tracking status shows that the order has been delivered, but you do not receive the package, please call our customer service hotline +852 3907 7697 to contact our customer service representative.
- Customers can log in to the PFH card mobile APP to check their points balance.
- The minimum points redemption threshold is 50 points. Points below 50 cannot be redeemed. The maximum points redemption limit is the net amount of the current purchase (excluding shipping fees and any handling charges).
- All orders from the abcc gift redemption centre will be delivered via courier service..
- Points from abcc gift redemption centre customers cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Products redeemed with points are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Once points are deducted, they cannot be refunded unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
- Alphabit Fintech Limited is not responsible for any loss or damage to points caused by computer system technical issues.
- Alphabit Fintech Limited reserves the right to change the rewards, offers, and details of the abcc gift redemption centre points program at any time without prior notice.
All valid orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless there are special circumstances below. Please read the exchange terms or return policy before ordering.
- According to the return or exchange policy, if the ordered product is defective or damaged (not due to your fault), or the product is not what you ordered, or the quantity delivered is incorrect, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that:
- the exchange terms or return policy apply;
- the product has not been used and is in its original sale condition, including all accessories provided with the goods, such as manuals, labels, tags, consumables, bags, and boxes;
- the product packaging must be in the condition it was delivered to you; and
- the return or exchange request is sent by email to our customer service representative and the product is returned within the specified period.
- You agree and accept that whether to accept the product exchange depends on stock availability.
- You agree and accept that whether to accept the return or exchange of the product is at our sole discretion. Under no circumstances shall we be responsible for any damages incurred for any reason.
- We will process refunds and exchanges within 21 business days of receiving the product. Refunds will be made using the payment method used when placing the order (excluding the initial shipping fee).
- After being contacted for replacement, the customer must return the receipt, the product to be replaced and the accompanying gifts to the designated location provided by the customer service within the specified date. Late requests will not be processed.
- Products that have been opened, used, or damaged will not be accepted for exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- In case of any dispute, Alphabit Fintech Limited reserves the right to make the final decision.

Please provide the following information to process your return request and for verification purposes:
- Order number
- Order date
- Name and quantity of the product to be returned
- Reason for return
- Product photos
- Pack the product to be returned.
If we accept your return request, carefully return the product along with the exchange receipt and packing slip.
Ensure that the product you return is unopened, resalable, and in its original packaging, including all accessories and attachments. We do not accept returns of opened or used products. In case of any dispute, Alphabit Fintech Limited reserves the right to make the final decision.
- Refunds/Points Refunds
Refunds/points refunds will be processed using the payment method used when placing the order. We do not provide cash refunds. Shipping fees or gift wrapping fees are non-refundable/non-refundable in points.
The actual time required for refunds/points refunds may vary depending on the payment method and the processing time of the supplier.
Alphabit Fintech Limited shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this agreement due to events beyond its reasonable control.
Relevant events include any act, event, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control, and specifically include (but are not limited to) the following situations:
- Any strike, lockout, or other industrial action
- Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not), threat of or preparation for war
- Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, or other natural disaster
- Delays caused by third parties using railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport, or other public or private transportation
- Delays and service interruptions caused by the use of public or private telecommunications networks
- Any act, decree, legislation, regulation, or restriction of any government
The performance of Alphabit Fintech Limited under this agreement shall be deemed suspended for the period that the event continues, and Alphabit Fintech Limited shall have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period.
