    The gifts from the abcc gift redemption centre are only for customers to redeem with specified credit card points.

    2. How can I check my HKDM points balance?

    Customers can log into the PFH card mobile APP to check their points balance.

    3. Are the products on this website eligible for free shipping throughout Hong Kong?

    Yes, the products on this website are eligible for free shipping throughout Hong Kong, but this offer is only applicable to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China.

    4. What delivery services does this website provide?

    This website provides standard delivery services, limited to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region only.

    5. Which areas do not receive delivery services?

    Certain areas do not receive delivery services, including but not limited to Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Shek O, Stanley, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island and Peng Chau, Lantau Island South (including but not limited to Tai O, Tong Fuk, Cheung Sha, Mui Wo and Pui O etc.) etc.

    6. Can a postal box be used as a delivery address?

    No, a postal box cannot be used as a delivery address.

    7. Can one order be delivered to multiple addresses?

    No, each order is limited to being delivered to one address only. If you wish to have items delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

    8. How long does it take to process and dispatch an order?

    Upon successful payment confirmation, a standard order typically takes around 10 working days to process and dispatch, depending on stock availability.

    9. How long does it take for standard delivery services to arrive?

    Normally, standard delivery services usually arrive at the shipping address within 7 working days after the items are dispatched. Orders from remote areas in Hong Kong may take an additional 3 to 4 working days to arrive.

    10. How can I check the status of my shipment?

    You can check the delivery status in "My Account > Transaction Statement > View".

    How long does it take to receive a confirmation email after placing an order?

    Once a customer completes an order, a confirmation email is typically received within 24 hours. If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours, you can call the customer service hotline or email for inquiries.

    11. When are orders processed and shipped?

    Orders are processed and shipped only on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on holidays and weekends will be processed on the next business day.

    12. How can I cancel the submitted order?

    As order is in processing, we regret that we cannot make changes or cancel your order.

    13. What circumstances could lead to an order being canceled?

    Orders or parts of orders may be canceled due to: inability to process payment, inability to deliver to the provided address, duplicate orders, customer request for cancellation, exceeding redemption limits.

    15. What are the requirements for point redemption?

    The minimum point redemption threshold is 50 points, redemption is not available for points below 50. The upper limit for point redemption is the net amount of the purchase (postage costs and any handling fees are not included). All orders from the ABCC gift redemption centre are processed using standard delivery service.

    15. Can products redeemed with points be returned or exchanged?

    Points cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Products redeemed with points cannot be returned or exchanged.

    16. Can orders be returned, refunded, or modified after confirmation?

    Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be returned, refunded, or modified.

    17. What should be done if a transaction cannot be completed?

    If a transaction is interrupted during the ordering process or if it fails due to delays or errors, please login again.
